This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of Maison Noire Ltd Online Service (the Service) including shopping and participation in promotions run by Maison Noire. By accessing, browsing or placing an order on this website you agree to be bound by the associated terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability (Terms & Conditions).
Minors under the age of 18 years are prohibited from making purchases.
We Reserve the Right to:
- To make changes to our site and these terms and conditions, product descriptions and prices and such changes will take effect from the time they are published on this site.
- To cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
- That all orders are subject to availability of stock.
- Take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are correct.
Delivery
Delivery is only available for the North and South Islands of New Zealand.
Orders
When you place an order, we will require your name, email address, phone number and delivery address details. This information is required in order to process your request or inform you of acceptance of our order.
Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed paid for and dispatched to you.
Should there be an issue with your order, we will contact you either by phone or email.
Products and Purchasing
Price, Currency & GST
All prices on this website are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of the 15% Goods & Services Tax (GST). Orders will be processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), we do not accept payments in other currencies. Maison Noire Ltd does not guarantee the price of any item listed on this website until your order has been processed. Whilst Maison Noire takes steps to ensure the price and details of products listed are correct, if they are incorrect, Maison Noire Ltd reserves the right to cancel the order and refund.
Payment and Security
Products displayed on the site can be purchased using secure online Paypal transactions. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.
Any orders received by Maison Noire Ltd through this website constitute offers and are subject to acceptance by Maison Noire Ltd in its absolute discretion. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.

All orders are subject to availability of stock and confirmation of the order price.

Changing an Order
Unfortunately no changes to orders may be made after they have been submitted. Please email us if there is a problem.
Free Shipping on Orders 12 or more bottles
To be eligible to receive free shipping online, your purchase must be 12 bottles and over and be spent by the same customer in a single transaction. The free delivery option will be automatically applied at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
We will not accept any returns unless an incorrect wine was sent. We will reimburse postage for damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items only.
Contact us if there is a problem with your order upon delivery.
Your refund will be credited back to the original purchasers bank account or pay pal account and will exclude delivery costs, unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item. Please be aware it may take several days for the refund to show in your account.
